OpMemory.ai ("we", "our", or "us") provides an operational memory platform for high-performance teams. We understand that your meetings contain your company's most sensitive intellectual property. This Privacy Policy details how we protect, process, and respect your data.

2. AI Processing & Gemini

We utilize Google's Gemini 1.5 Pro models for transcription and semantic analysis.Crucially:

  • Zero Retention: Our AI provider does not store your audio or transcripts to train their foundation models.
  • No Training: OpMemory.ai does not use your private workspace data to train models for other customers.
  • Ephemeral Processing: Audio is processed in memory and encrypted immediately upon persistence.

We employ industry-standard encryption protocols to safeguard your data:

At Rest

AES-256 encryption for all stored transcripts and vector embeddings.

In Transit

TLS 1.3 for all data moving between your client and our servers.

4. Your Data Rights

You own your data. You retain full ownership of all intellectual property captured during your meetings. You have the right to export or permanently delete your workspace's data at any time.
