By accessing or using the OpMemory.ai platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. OpMemory.ai cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Acceptable Use: You verify that you have obtained necessary consent from all meeting participants before recording, in compliance with local wiretapping and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Your Data: You retain all rights and ownership of your audio recordings, transcripts, and generated summaries. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.

Our Platform: Determine rights to the OpMemory.ai platform, including the "Brain" architecture, interface design, and underlying code, which are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

We define the rights to terminate access for violations of these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpMemory.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
